The event began with the intervention of the Minister of Territory, Housing and Ecological Transition, Sílvia Paneque, and ended with the participation of the President of the Generalitat, Salvador Illa.

Through two roundtables, in which various representatives from the Catalan executive, the Barcelona City Council, contractors, developers, and builders participated, the main challenges of the housing sector were analyzed on one hand, and the opportunities and the need for public-private collaboration to overcome this severe housing crisis were examined on the other.
