PROMO Assessors Consultors gives a cycle of tailor-made training sessions to the Urban Planning Management and Planning Services Management staff of Barcelona City Council with the aim of deepening the knowledge and methods on how to work on the economic and financial feasibility of planning and thus be able, in the prospective phase, to analyse with the economic and financial instruments the feasibility of urban operations.
