The temporary cycle of study, urban planning and management, land transformation and the creation of new urban and city fabrics requires a significant length of time and the participation of a wide range of stakeholders.
The main challenge posed by regional transformation is leadership capacity, the capacity to match competing public and private interests, and the capacity to always add value and never take value away.
PROMO, with more than 30 years of history, specialises in the economic and financial dimension of urban development and the process of regional transformation (concept, planning, management, execution and building), and a significant part of our services materialise in these areas.
Regional transformation is an activity where diverse areas of knowledge and a great variety of stakeholders and operators converge. This means teamwork, interdisciplinary work and cross-cutting work with the public and the private sectors.
