On January 14, the TRIBUNA INMOSCOPIA 2026 took place, promoted by the Colleges and the Association of Real Estate Agents, where the expectations of the real estate sector for 2026 were discussed. The event featured the participation of economist Agustí Jover as a speaker, representing the College of Economists. His presentation focused on the significant gap between housing needs and the expected volume of housing production in 2026, the territorial areas where this gap is concentrated, and the need to mobilize large-scale urban development operations to address not only net household growth but also the housing deficit accumulated in recent years.
