Miquel Morell gave a lecture on The economic and financial feasibility of spatial Planning and the value of land in land readjustment projects in the framework of the ICREDM2020 (International Conference on Real Estate Development and Management), organised by Ankara University (Department of Real Estate Development and Management / Faculty of Applied Sciences) from 30 January to 2 February 2020 in the city of Ankara.
The session delivered by Miquel Morell focused on the different methodological approaches for evaluating the economic and financial feasibility of urban planning and assessing urban use in urban development sub-division projects.
