PROMO Assessors Consultors participates in a training course organized by the College of Secretaries, Auditors, and Treasurers of Local Administration of Valencia (CSITAL Valencia) with the presentation ‘Sustainability in Urban Planning. The Impact on Public Finances Derived from the Approval of Planning Instruments.‘
The presentation aims to highlight the analysis and diagnosis of the economic impacts on local finances from urban transformation actions, beyond the corresponding legal mandates, since it is a high value-added vector in the decision-making process by municipalities to anticipate the costs and revenues for public funds from the development and conservation of infrastructure and public services, as a result of the new city constructed deriving from the execution of urban planning.
