Agustí Jover and Miquel Morell present the study “Protected Housing in Catalonia: A Disheartening 20-Year Journey”, conducted by the APCE-UPF Housing and Future Chair, with PROMO Assessors Consultors drafting a policy brief. This study examines the background and current state of Officially Protected Housing (HPO) production and highlights the key imbalances that must be addressed to enable large-scale social housing development in Catalonia. The event also features the participation of Xavier Vilajoana, President of APCE, and Amadeu Iglesias, architect and Managing Director of IMPSOL.
