On 3 October, Agustí Jover appeared before the Parliament of Catalonia summoned by the Commission of Inquiry into the Accumulation of Real Estate for Certain Entities, as an expert in housing matters on behalf of the Association of Economists of Catalonia.
During the hearing, Agustí Jover presented the current situation of the residential rental real estate market in Catalonia, as well as his assessment of the impact on the market of the recent legislative changes in Catalonia in the field of housing and public promotion of social housing.
