Miquel Morell participated in a panel on adequate financing of the face-to-face sessions of the Catalan Urban Agenda, reflecting on the capacity of the current local financing model to satisfy the right to the city, mechanisms for recovering urban development gains, environmental taxation and the ability of urban habitats and regions to attract private investment.
