On April 30th, Law 5/2020, of April 29th, on fiscal, financial, administrative and public sector measures and the creation of the tax on installations that affect the environment was published in the DOGC.
We attach two internal working documents with the recast of the Urban Planning Law and the recast of the Law on the Right to Housing with the modifications introduced by this Law 5/2020, and by the last Decree Law 17/2019, of December 23, on urgent measures to improve access to housing.
These two recast texts are intended to be a useful working tool for all those interested in the subject, who can help work with updated documents for recurrent consultation.
It should also be noted that Law 5/2020 amends Law 24/2015 on urgent measures to deal with the emergency in the field of housing and energy poverty, and Law 4/2016 on measures to protect the right to housing of persons at risk of residential exclusion.
