On November 8, 2023, the fifth edition of the Agora of Urbanism was held, an annual event promoted and organized by the Association of Urban Architects of Catalonia (AAUC). The aim of this event is to consolidate itself as a reference point for urban planning activity in Catalonia. During the event of this year 2023, 5 different blocks were discussed, Barcelona and its urban rebalancing, Centralities and economic activity, Interventions in non-developable land and heritage, Questions of models, and Housing policies and instruments.
Among the various projects selected, PROMO was the author of the economic and financial contents, and Miquel Morell made a brief presentation of the economic contribution included in the POUM of Mollet, a project selected in the block referring to housing policies and instruments.
