On October 10, the Association of Urban Planning Technicians of Catalonia organized the event “Another PDUM is possible?” Observations and debate on the initially approved Metropolitan Urban Master Plan. The aim of the event was to bring to the surface reflections and open a debate on some of the most relevant issues of the PDUM.
In this debate, Miquel Morell participated as a speaker, opening the door to the debate on the PDUM from the economic aspect, commenting on key economic issues of the PDUM such as the economic mechanisms of roof transfers, the feasibility and economic and financial sustainability of the PDUM.
