Miquel Morell teaches, together with Sebastià Jornet (architect of Jornet-Llop-Pastor architects), the subject Real estate development and urban renewal in Barcelona in the Master’s Degree in Real Estate Management and Development of the ESAN University (Lima, Peru).
The course includes an overview through the urban planning of the city of Barcelona and Catalonia in general. Its main content focuses on urban planning tools and economic-financial methodologies and instruments used to achieve the transformation and regeneration of our cities.
