The international jury of the European Award Architectural Heritage Intervention has awarded the prize in the planning category to the “MPGM for the urban and environmental improvement of the neighborhoods of Gràcia”, elaborated by the firm Jornet Llop Pastor and the Urban Planning Management of the Barcelona City Council, and in which PROMO Assessors Consultors was responsible for the preparation of the Economic and Financial Feasibility.
The jury of the award, which is a biennial initiative, highlights that the MPGM is an innovative proposal to face the challenges of contemporaneity, climate change and social inclusiveness through affordable housing within the historical context in which it is located.
