On December 1, the third online session “Future challenges: Housing and urban model” was held, promoted by the Colonia Güell Consortium. The objective of the conference has been the contextualization of the diagnosis (citizen and technical) of the Urban Development Master Plan of the Neighborhood of the Colonia Güell in a broader framework that puts them in relation to the current challenges of urban planning.
The session was attended by Mr. Xavier Isart, manager of the Colonia Güell Consortium, Marc Martí-Costa, head of the IERMB’s Governance and Public Policies Area, Fernando Aranda, specialist in housing and energy efficiency at INCASOL, Zaida Muxí , architect and urban planner specialized in gender and feminist urbanism, Miquel Morell, economist and partner at PROMO Assessors Consultors, and Maria Sisternas, co-founder of Mediaruban.
