The last 17th of september 2021, Agustí Jover made an speech before the Comision of Social Rights of the Parlament de Catalunya, to expose the situation of the housing rental market in Barcelona, the AMB, RMB and the rest of Catalonia.
The exposure allowed the Comision to contrast the dynamics of the rental market, the lack of mesures to strengthen the solvency of households at risk of residential exclusion and the loss of market share of the most affordable rental intervals in favour of medium-high price intervals.
