Among other things, the POUM seeks to give priority to productive activities, either industry or service-related, and to the recovery and rehabilitation of the historic centre through an intervention led by the City Council using the urban planning instruments provided for in the Urban Development Law. PROMO has formulated the economic and financial adaptation of the sectors planned in the developed and developable land of the Manresa POUM, taking into account their transformation costs, the benefits and capital gains generated by the planning, and the time required for the complete cycle of dealing with the planning and management instruments until the finished products are placed on the market.
